Info

Catalogue Number 152114
Applications ELISA IHC WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets CYP26A1 Cytochrome P450 26A1 (Retinoic acid-metabolizing cytochrome) (P450 retinoicacid-inactivating 1) (P450RAI) (hP450RAI) (Retinoic acid 4-hydroxylase).
Reactivity Human
Relevance Mutations in CYP26A1 are associated with caudal agenesis and spina bifida. CYP26A1 is upregulated in adenomatous polyposis coli mouse adenomas, human FAP adenomas, human sporadic colon carcinomas, and in the intestine of adenomatous polyposis coli (apcmcr) mutant zebrafish embryo.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Ovalbumin-conjugated synthetic peptide PARFTHFHGE (C-terminal sequence)
Positive Control IHC: formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded liposarcoma sections. WB: over expression lysates
Subclass IgG2b kappa
Molecular Weight (kDa) 18.4
Myeloma Used P3X63Ag8.653
Recommended Growing Conditions Dulbecco’s media containing 20% Fetal Bovine serum (DH20) prepared as follows (for final volume of 300ml: 237ml DMEM plus 60 ml Fetal Bovine Serum plus 3ml L-Glutamine).
