Description

This antibody recognizes mouse and rat CD90, a monomorphic determinant in rat but polymorphic in mice. Clone T11D7e reacts with Thy1.1 mice (i.e. AKR and FVB mice), but not Thy1.2 mice such as CBA and BALB/c. Clone T11D7e is usefull for removal of T lymphocytes from cell populations by complement mediated cytotoxicity.

CD90 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects CD90 in Mouse, Rat samples. It is validated for Cytotoxicity Assay, Flow Cytometry.
