  • Additional notes: Adapted from WO2014/195881 This is a glycoconjugate of the complete dodecasaccharide derived from Bordetella pertussis LOS conjugated to a pertussis toxin which provides a vaccine component that is both immunogenic and non-toxic. It is a candidate for use in the pertussis vaccine composition as it constitutes a nontoxic and immunogenic combination of the two components of B. pertussis and thus generates optimal anti-pertussis response.
