  • Name: Anti-CD11b/CR3 (Integrin Subunit Alpha M) [BEAR1]
  • Alternate name: ITGAM; Leukocyte Adhesion Receptor MO1
  • Tool sub type: Primary antibody
  • Class: Monoclonal
  • Conjugation: Unconjugated
  • Molecular weight: 160 kDa
  • Strain: Balb/c
  • Reactivity: Human
  • Host: Mouse
  • Application: FACS ; IP
  • Description: ITGAM is one protein subunit that forms heterodimeric integrin alpha-M beta-2 (Î?MÎ?2) molecule, also known as macrophage-1 antigen (Mac-1) or complement receptor 3 (CR3). The second chain of Î?MÎ?2 is the common integrin Î?2 subunit known as CD18, and integrin Î?MÎ?2 thus belongs to the Î?2 subfamily (or leukocyte) integrins. Î?MÎ?2 is expressed on the surface of many leukocytes involved in the innate immune system, including monocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, and natural killer cells. It mediates inflammation by regulating leukocyte adhesion and migration and has been implicated in several immune processes such as phagocytosis, cell-mediated cytotoxicity, chemotaxis and cellular activation
  • Immunogen: The mouse was immunized with purified human monocytes
  • Isotype: IgG1
  • Myeloma used: Sp2/0-Ag14

Target Details

  • Target: CD11b/CR3
  • Molecular weight: 160 kDa
  • Target background: ITGAM is one protein subunit that forms heterodimeric integrin alpha-M beta-2 (aM?2) molecule, also known as macrophage-1 antigen (Mac-1) or complement receptor 3 (CR3). The second chain of aM?2 is the common integrin ?2 subunit known as CD18, and integrin aM?2 thus belongs to the ?2 subfamily (or leukocyte) integrins. aM?2 is expressed on the surface of many leukocytes involved in the innate immune system, including monocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, and natural killer cells. It mediates inflammation by regulating leukocyte adhesion and migration and has been implicated in several immune processes such as phagocytosis, cell-mediated cytotoxicity, chemotaxis and cellular activation
