  • Description: Breast cancer is widely and effectively treated with endocrine treatment. However, in many cases the tumours will eventually progress into an estrogen-independent and therapy-resistant phenotype.   • Production details: Cells were established by infection of ZR-75-1 cells with cell free supernatant of NT/HERc virus producing psi-2 cells for 17h in the presence of 8uM polybrene. Clones were selected in media containing 1mg/ml G418 and expanded in estradiol containing media.
