  • Clone: C11
  • Tool type ecom: Antibodies
  • Tool sub type: Primary antibody
  • Class: Monoclonal
  • Conjugation: Unconjugated
  • Molecular weight: 180-222 kDa
  • Strain: Balb/c
  • Reactivity: Human
  • Host: Mouse
  • Application: IHC ; IP
  • Description: PTPRC, also known as CD45, is a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase that is present on all leukocytes. It regulates the threshold of T cell antigen receptor (TCR) signaling through dephosphorylation of protein tyrosine kinases (e.g. Lck and Fyn). C11 may be used for differential diagnosis of lymphoma and carcinoma and identification of haemopoietic tumours.
  • Immunogen: Human lymphocytes
  • Isotype: IgG2a
  • Myeloma used: P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1
