Relevance Detection of specific antibodies in the serum of animals is an indicator of previous exposure to pathogens which is very valuable for broodstock health testing. Moreover, our Anti-IgD antibody provides a useful tool to monitor vaccine performance in fish and will assist in the: development of future vaccines.

Immunogen Ovalbumin-conjugated synthetic peptide. Peptide immunogen is 80% identical to IgD channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus), 70% identical to Japanese halibut (Paralichthys olivaceus), 70% identical to Chinese perch (Siniperca chuatsi). Antibody potentially could cross-react with turbot (Scophthalmus maximus) 66% similarity to peptide immunogen.
