Broad Range DNA Ladder

Invented by Mikhail Alexeyev
Invented at University of South Alabama

Info

Catalogue Number 160516
Relevance A set of three plasmid, which, upon digestion with either EcoRI or BamHI restriction enzymes generate a set of 15 unique DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 10,000 bp thus generating a versatile DNA ladder. An essential feature of this ladder is that multiple fragments of the same size are generated. This allows the ladder to maintain band intensity as fragments become smaller in size.
