Production Details ZR-75-1 cells were transfected with the expression construct PGK-Hyg Br which confers hygromycin B resistance using cationic liposome. Stable transfectants were selected with 60ug/ml of hygromycin B in RBCS medium supplemented with 1nM estradiol.

Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated bovine calf serum (RBCS) and 1 nM 17β-estradiol
Notes These cells were used as acceptor cells for somatic cell fusion experiments
