pAAV.Syn.GCaMP6f.WPRE.SV40 vector

Invented at Howard Hughes Medical Institute

Info

Catalogue Number 154057
Bacterial Resistance Ampicillin
Vector Type pAAV
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets GCaMP6f
Relevance Ultrasensitive protein calcium sensors (GCaMP6) that detects action potentials in cultured neurons and in zebrafish, flies and mice. There are three ultrasensitive GCaMP6 sensors GCaMP6s, 6m, 6f; for slow, medium and fast kinetics, respectively. With the more sensitive sensors having slower kinetics. This GCaMP6f is expressed from the Synapsin promoter with fast kinetics.
