Anti-CD11a [BU17]

Invented by Dr Margaret Goodall from University Of Birmingham
Invented at University Of Birmingham

Info

Catalogue Number 153581
Applications FACS
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets CD11a
Synonyms Integrin alpha L; lymphocyte function-associated antigen 1 alpha polypeptide; ITGAL; cell differentiation 11a
Reactivity Human
Relevance CD11A encodes the integrin alpha L chain. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of alpha and beta chains. This L-domain containing alpha integrin combines with the beta 2 chain to form the integrin lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 expressed on all leukocytes and this plays a central role in leukocyte intercellular adhesion through interactions with its ligands.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Waldenstroms macroglobulinaemia a late B cell line with surface and secreted IgM Kappa
Subclass IgG1
Notes Fusion partner: 653
Research Area Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction
