Relevance p63 is a non-glycated type II transmembrane protein which is resident in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. While it is not exclusively expressed on plasma cells, the presence of p63 distinguishes plasma cells from other lymphoid cells because of their high secretory activity.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Plasmacytoid cell line RPMI 8226
Subclass IgG2b
Formulation PBS
Concentration 1mg/ml
Research Area Apoptosis and Programmed Cell Death, Cancer, Cell Cycle, DNA Damage and Repair, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
