Anti-RNTRE [15-B]

Invented at IFOM-IEO

Info

Applications IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets RNTRE
Synonyms USP6NL
Reactivity Human
Relevance Related to the N terminus of tre oncogene (RNTRE, USP6NL) acts as a GTPase-activating protein for RAB5A and RAB43. RNTRE is involved in the receptor trafficking and the retrograde transport from the endocytic pathway to the Golgi apparatus. RNTRE is required for structural integrity of the Golgi complex. When in complex with EPS8, RNTRE inhibits internalization of EGFR.
Host Mouse
Myeloma Used Sp2/0
Research Area Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction
