Info

Catalogue Number 152623
Applications ELISA IHC WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Forkhead box P3 (FOXP3)
Reactivity Zebrafish
Relevance FOXP3 is a member of the forkhead/winged-helix family of transcriptional regulators. Defects in this gene are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked syndrome (IPEX), also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunodeficiency syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen Peptide sequences – LRRKGQKLHRDHMD, 80% identity with FOXP3b
Formulation Whole serum
Notes Zebrafish has two FOXP3 genes (FOXP3a and FOXP3b). This antibody cross react with both.
Positive Control ELISA - peptide immunogen; WB - whole organism lysate; IHC - M. marinum infected zebrafish or zebrafish embryo
Research Area Aquaculture
