Info

Applications IHC WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4)
Reactivity Human
Relevance CYP3A4 is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen Synthetic peptide
Formulation Rabbit antiserum (liquid, no preservatives)
Notes Reacts with human cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP3A4 in hepatic microsomal fraction from adult donors. Also binds to the fetal form: CYP3A7. No cross-reactivity with CYP3A5.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
0.1 mL. Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
IHC on frozen or formaldehyde treated sections
