Relevance Hybridoma cell line producing CB24 antibodies raised against Herpes Simplex Virus Type-1 envelope protein Glycoprotein B, which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2b isotype. Works well for immunofluorescence (IF) on fixed specimens and for immunoprecipitiation (IP) on triton solubilised samples. Can be used to detect protein by Western blot.
