Anti-PTP-PEST [AG10]

Invented at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory

Info

Applications IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets PTP-PEST
Reactivity Human, Mouse and Rat
Relevance PTP-PEST is a protein-tyrosine phosphatase which regulates fibroblast adhesion, migration and cytokinesis through its association with and dephosphorylation of p130 Cas, paxillin, PSTPIP1, WASP and other adhesion molecules. PTP-PEST also regulates adhesion and motility of cultured epithelial cells through modulation of Rho GTPase activity and is required for integrin-mediated endothelial cell adhesion and migration.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Human PTP-PEST recombinant protein.
Subclass IgG1
Research Area Adhesion
