Anti-BCL10 [151]

Invented at University College London

Info

Catalogue Number 151821
Applications ELISA IHC WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Bcl10
Reactivity Human
Relevance BCL-10 is an apoptotic regulatory molecule, of approximately 31 kDa. It was identified through its direct involvement in t(1:14) (p22;q32) of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. In B-cell follicles, BCL10 has been shown to be expressed abundantly in the germinal center B cells, moderately in the marginal zone, but only weakly in mantle zone B cells. This differential expression is an indicator of its importance in maturation and malignant transformation of human B-cells. BCL-10 contains a caspase recruitment domain (CARD), and has been shown to induce apoptosis and to activate NF-kappaB.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Full-length recombinant BCL-10 protein
Subclass IgG1 kappa
Myeloma Used NS0
Strain Balb/c
Notes IHC-P: 1/25 - 1/100 in an ABC method. Antibody incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature is recommended. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Research Area Apoptosis and Programmed Cell Death, Cancer, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Metabolism
