Info

Catalogue Number 151624
Applications ELISA IHC IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets EndoPDI
Reactivity Human
Relevance Endothelial protein disulfide isomerase (EndoPDI; TXNDC5) is a thioredoxin member of the protein disulfide isomerase family of chaperone proteins. This enzyme has been localized to the endoplasmic reticulum in primary endothelial cells, but colocalizes with nucleoli in the nuclei of breast, colon, and renal cancer cells.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Synthesized peptide - 12 amino acids long (ADGEDGQDPHSK) corresponding to residues 52 - 63 of the EndoPDI protein.
Subclass IgG2a
Myeloma Used Sp2/0-Ag14
Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI + 5% FCS
Strain CD1
Notes Staining Pattern:

Cytoplasmic in primary endothelial cells. Nuclear staining in macrophages as well as breast, renal, and colon cancer cells

Suggested Dilution: 1:200
Research Area Apoptosis and Programmed Cell Death, Cancer, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction
