Anti-RIP140 [6D7]

Invented by Bill Gullick
Invented at Imperial Cancer Research Fund

Info

Catalogue Number 151614
Applications ChIP ELISA IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets RIP140
Reactivity Human, Mouse and Rat
Relevance RIP140 is a ligand-dependent corepressor for most nuclear receptors, and functions through interaction with their AF2 activation domains. Modulates transcriptional activation by steroid receptors such as NR3C1, NR3C2 and ESR1. Also modulates transcriptional repression by nuclear hormone receptors.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Recombinant human RIP140 GST fusion protein
Positive Control Hela cells
Subclass IgG1
Myeloma Used Sp2/0-Ag14
Recommended Growing Conditions RPMI + 5% FCS
Strain Balb/c
Notes Recommmended antibody incubation for western blotting: 1/500
Research Area Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
