Anti-ACF1, Polyclonal [hACF1 BAZIA]

Invented at Marie Curie Research Institute

Info

Catalogue Number 151582
Applications WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets ATP-utilizing chromatin assembly and remodeling factor 1 (ACF1; BAZIA)
Reactivity Human
Relevance hACF1/BAZIA is a subunit of the ATP-dependent chromatin-remodelling factor (ACF) complex, and the ISWI CHRAC remodelling complex. In the ACF complex, hACF1/BAZIA influences the nucleosome remodelling activity of the SNF2h ATPase. In the CHRAC complex, hACF1/BAZIA is thought to target CHRAC to heterochromatin. hACF1/BAZIA has several conserved domains including a bromodomain, BAZ, PHD finger, WAC, and WAKZ.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen Human peptide conjugated to LPH (hemocyanine from Limulus polyphemus)
Concentration 1.5 mg/ml
Formulation Tris-Glycine buffer, pH7.5, 250mM NaCl
Method of Purification A CnBr column coupling matrix was used to purify this antibody.
Molecular Weight (kDa) 179
Notes Suggested dilutions for western blot: 1:500 - 1:2000
Positive Control HeLa cells
Research Area Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
