Invented at The Institute of Cancer Research

Info

Catalogue Number 151545
Applications IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Rheb
Reactivity Human and Mouse
Relevance Rheb (Ras homolog enriched in brain) is an evolutionarily conserved member of the Ras family of small GTP binding proteins. Rheb is expressed at high levels in the brain, but is also found in many other tissues, and can be induced by growth factor stimulation. Rheb triggers activation of the Raf-MEK-MAPK pathway and has an important role in regulating the insulin/Target of rapamycin (TOR) signalling pathway.
Host Mouse
Immunogen Human Rheb GST fusion
Positive Control HeLa or 293T cell line
Subclass IgG2a
Recommended Growing Conditions DMEM + 5%FCS
Notes Recommended concentrations:

Western blot: 1ug/ml

Immunoprecipitation: 5ug/ml
Research Area Cancer, Cell Signaling & Signal Transduction, Metabolism
