Anti-IFITM3, Polyclonal [IFITM3]

Invented at Cancer Research Horizons

Info

Catalogue Number 151507
Applications WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Interferon-induced Transmembrane protein 3
Reactivity Human
Relevance Analyses of gene expression of IFN-inducible transmembrane protein (IFITM) levels revealed high levels of expression in early and late intestinal neoplasm in both mice and humans. IFITM gene expression is rapidly induced after activation of the -catenin signalling and expression is significantly up-regulated specifically in colorectal tumors and thus may be a useful diagnostic tool in these tumors.
Host Rabbit
Immunogen PVNSGQPPNYEMLKEEHEVA
Notes The antibody cross reacts with human IFITM2 and IFITM3
Research Area Developmental Biology, Stem Cell Biology
