Info

Catalogue Number 151451
Applications FACS IHC IF IP WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets CD9
Reactivity Human
Relevance CD9 antigen is a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of developing B lymphocytes, platelets, monocytes, eosinophils, basophil, stimulated T lymphocytes and neurons and glial cells in the peripheral nervous system. CD9 mediates platelet aggregation and activation via FCGR2a. It may play a role in cell migration.
