Catalogue Number 151020
Applications WB
Antigen/Gene or Protein Targets Cyclin B1
Synonyms CCNB1; Cyclin B1; G2/Mitotic-Specific Cyclin B1; CCNB
Reactivity Mouse
Relevance Cyclins bind to and regulate the activity of the Cyclin Dependent Protein Kinases (CDKs). Cyclin B1 is a marker of cell proliferation and a key component of the cell cycle progression machinery. Cyclin B1 may prove to be a prognostic marker in neoplasia. V143.1 is exceptionally good at detecting Cyclin B1 in western blots, giving a very strong signal with minimal background.
Host Mouse
Immunogen His tagged cyclin B1 (hamster) expressed in bacteria.
Subclass IgG1
Myeloma Used Sp2/0-Ag14
Recommended Growing Conditions DMEM + 5% FCS
Notes Recommended Concentration: 1ug/ml.
Research Area Cancer, Cell Cycle, Epigenetics & Nuclear Signalling
